2. This criminal appeal has been filed against the order dated 19.03.2024 passed by learned Special Judge SC/ST, Muzaffarpur in ABP No. 126 of 2024 arising out of Bochachan P.S. Case No. 558 of 2023, registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 447, 354B, 325, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(r)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of appellant has been rejected.

3. As per prosecution case, this appellant abused informant by calling caste name and assaulted him by means of

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2039 of 2024(2) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 farsa as a result of which he sustained grievous injury.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and grievous injury, I do not find any ground to interfere with the order of the learned court below and as such, the appeal, which has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail, is hereby rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
