=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-08-2015 Contempt petitioner was respondent no. 4 in C.W.J.C. No. 4356 of 2012 which was filed by Jai Shankar Singh and his wife as petitioner nos. 1, 2 assailing the order bearing Memo No. 1189 dated 30.12.2010, passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bettiah Sadar. This Court disposed of the said writ petition asking Jai Shankar Singh and his wife to seek review of the order dated 30.12.2010 before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bettiah Sadar, who was the

Patna High Court MJC No.2060 of 2015 dt.31-08-2015 2/2 author of the said order. In the light of the direction of this Court contained in order dated 12.10.2012 Jai Shankar Singh and his wife filed Case No. 88M/2011 (Misc.) before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bettiah Sadar, who vide order dated 14.02.2014 cancelled the order dated 30.12.2010. In the circumstances, if petitioner, who was respondent no. 4 in C.W.J.C. No. 4356 of 2012, and opposite party in Case No. 88M/2011 (Misc.) is aggrieved by the order dated 14.02.2014 she should challenge the said order in accordance with law.

With the observation aforesaid, the contempt petition is disposed of.
