The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 109, 114, 115, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 332, 333, 353, 143, 145, 151, 152, 336, 337, 338, 356, 379, 427, 436 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code & Sections 3/4 of the Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act, 1984.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that the accused persons, including the petitioner, were protesting against the death of a victim in road accident and thus had created ruckus.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.31415 of 2022(2) dt.22-11-2022 2/2 petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the allegations as alleged in the F.I.R are general and omnibus in nature and co-accused Ram Nandan Yadav along with Ram Kishore Yadav have been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 28.04.2022 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 56746 of 2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 55 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
