The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the instant case total 09 liters liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing
