The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is a case of recovery of 6 liters of liquor from the house of this petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that he has not been apprehended at the spot. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

After considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29324 of 2022(2) dt.02-09-2022 2/2 case that the small quantity of liquor was recovered from the house of this petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
