The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code and section 12 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P. C. has stated that she herself went with the petitioner and solemnized marriage with him. She has disclosed her age to be 18 years. Petitioner has claimed clean antecedent and he is in custody since 14.10.2020.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Special Judge, POCSO Act Madhubani in Ladaniya Police Station Case No. 201 of 2020/GR No. 14 of 2021.
