The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C., specifically stated that she has love affair with one Binod Chauhan and left her house according to her sweet will. Further submission is that the learned Magistrate has assessed her age about 18 years.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56709 of 2017 (2) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VIII, Siwan in connection with Ragunathpur P.S.
