JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2023 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 05.12.2018, passed in CWJC No.12335 of 2016, the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Patna, Bihar has passed a reasoned order dated 27.01.2020, whereby and where under the National Insurance Company Limited has been directed to make payment of the admissible amount due to Prashant Nursing Home, Nalanda for the policy period within one month after making necessary deductions of the claim for the period of suspension.

In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the aforesaid order dated 27.01.2020, passed by the

Patna High Court MJC No.1653 of 2019(4) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna shall be complied with, forthwith by the National Insurance Company Limited, in case the same has not been anulled by any higher Court of law.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
