The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was done to death by the accused persons including the two petitioners herein for non-fulfillment of the demand of Rs.50,000/.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are the father-in-law and the devar (husband's younger brother) of the deceased. The allegations

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39860 of 2021(2) dt.20-01-2022 2/2 against them are false and concocted as also general and omnibus in nature. The husband of the deceased is in custody. The petitioners are in custody since 27.2.2021 and have no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the husband of the deceased being in custody, the petitioners being in custody for more than 10 months and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the two petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case no.89 of 2020 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur.
