JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 07-01-2016 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the respondents. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed in the year 1982 under the category of disable candidates.
It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that as per the Rules, the petitioner is entitled to Transport Allowance but even after several representations, his grievance has not been redressed. He had drawn attention of this Court to different representations filed by the petitioner claiming to be a disable
Patna High Court CWJC No.3144 of 2013 (4) dt.07-01-2016 2/2 person and in support thereof he has annexed a certificate showing 60 per cent disability. In 2014 he had also filed a fresh representation after retirement but that has not been disposed of till date.
In such view of the matter, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation giving entire facts which is in his favour annexing requisite certificates including earlier representations and the authority concerned is directed to dispose of the representation in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of its filing.
With this observation/direction, this petition is disposed of.
