The petitioner seeks bail in Nayagaon P. S. Case No. 34 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 467, 468, 471, 472, 419, 420, 379/34 of the IPC and Sections 66( c) (d) of Information Technology Act.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in the written report the informant has not made any specific allegation about the money transaction done by the petitioner. There is vague allegation that this petitioner along with other accused persons has made huge transactions from the account of the informant.
Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted in para
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27815 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 10 of bail petition that during course of investigation the Bank account no. of the informant of SBI has been verified and it has come that for the last six months no transaction has been made from the account of the informant. The same fact has also come with regard to other account of informant. The other co-accused of this case has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order passed in Cr. Misc. no. 17978 of 2019. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM IV, Begusarai, in connection with Nayagaon P. S. Case No. 34 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
