====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-12-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State through Video Conferencing.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per the prosecution case, 115.14 liters foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case because petitioner is also accused in one more excise case, reference of which has been given in paragraph no.3 of the bail petition. Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the recovery has

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
