2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 379, 354(B), 354(C), 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is of inflicting assault by means of iron Dabiya on the head of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the informant opposes the bail application and submits that doctor has found grievous injury.

5. Considering the grievous nature of injury, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
