====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-12-2020 . As of now the Courts have not resumed normal physical hearing, the matter has been listed today for consideration through Video Conferencing.
The learned counsels are appearing and making submissions from their residence. The Court Master and Secretary are also part of this virtual court proceedings from their homes, all with the aid of audio visual technology.
Mr. Ram Priya Sharan Singh, APP is appearing for the State as it is submitted that the brief has been allotted to him by the office of Advocate General.
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the State.
This Court would expect that the petitioner's Counsel would honour his undertaking in the instant proceedings regarding supply of requisite court fee etc. within two weeks from the date he is called upon to do so by the office.
Petitioner seeks bail in Kargahar. PS Case No. 100 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 323, 354, 504, 452 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

No. 29033 of 2020(3) dt.02-12-2020 2/2 The allegation is that the accused persons, including the petitioner, tried to outrage the modesty of the victim and on her raising alarm one Bimlesh Singh came to her rescue, who has been shot and has succumbed to the injuries. The petitioner is said to have caused fire arm injury on Kameshwar Singh injuring him. The prayer of the petitioner has thrice been rejected in Cr. Misc. Nos. 62053 of 2018, 10924 of 2019 and 75403 Of 2019. It is submitted by petitioner's Counsel that when it was lastly rejected on 29.01.2020 the trial court as well as Superintendent of Police, Rohtas and Civil Surgeon, Rohtas were directed to ensure presence of I.O. and the Doctor in the trial so that the trial may be concluded at the earliest.
In view of these submissions under order dated 10.11.2020 this Court called for a report. The report regarding stage of the trial dated 24.11.2020 shows that the trial court was vacant and the case has been transferred to the Court of Fast Track Court Ist Rohtas, Sasaram on 4.11.2020. The Doctor only remains to be examined.
Since the directions are already contained in the order dated 29.1.2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 75403 of 2019 this Court relying upon the same would expect that the trial now is concluded expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. This application is rejected.
