That this writ application is being filed for protection of liberty to live independently in accordance with the law with a direction to the Respondents not to interfere in the personal life of the petitioner by forcing in any way to keep the ailing wife with whom marriage has fraudulently been solemnized on 18.05.2015, who is suffering from incurable disease till the substantive case

Patna High Court CWJC No.11415 of 2015(2) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 filed by the petitioner before the Principal Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur bearing Matrimonial Case No. 169/2015 U/S 5 and 12 of Hindu Marriage Act is decided."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
