13-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have stabbed the victim by a sword causing multiple injuries. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and no such occurrence has taken place. In fact, there was some quarrel between the children of two groups, as a result of which, some Maarpit took place.
However, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is specific
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29035 of 2020(4) dt.13-01-2021 2/2 allegation against this petitioner of causing grievous injuries by sharp edged weapon on the victim.
