JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 25-05-2022 The present petition has been filed with a prayer to extend the time of surrender before the court below. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 05.04.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 33540 of 2021 and he was directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of communication of that order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to some unavoidable circumstances petitioner could not surrender before the court below.

The time limit for surrender before the court below granted vide order dated 05.04.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 33540 of 2021 is extended for two weeks from today, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2000/- payable in the fund of District Legal Services Authority. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
