JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 28-06-2023 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20218 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was seriously ill and suffering from Hepatitis. Hence, he could not furnish the bail bonds on time.

The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs. 5000/- before District Legal Services Authority, Jehanabad. On the grounds mentioned in the modification

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41435 of 2023(2) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 petition, the same is allowed. The period of surrender is extended for a further period of four weeks from today. The order dated 11.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20218 of 2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
