JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 Pursuant to the order dated 24.04.2019, the Commissioner of the Patna Municipal Corporation is present and the Cheque bearing no. 000192 dated 30.04.2019 of Rs. 50,000/- is given for Group Insurance. The said cheque is given by the Patna Municipal Corporation in its own fund and the cheque is handed over to the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, all the retiral benefits have been paid to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is disposed of. The appearance of the Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation is dispensed with.
