Counsel for the petitioner submits that writ petition has been filed seeking direction in favour of the petitioner's appointment for the post of constable. Petitioner has participated in the process of selection pursuant to Advertisement no. 2/2009.
Counsel representing respondent no.2 submits that result of the selection process was processed in light of order passed by this court in certain proceedings.
Petitioner was a candidate of Backward Class Female Non-Home Guard (BC-F-NHG). She has secured less mark and as such she has not been selected. Cut off mark in her category was 37 whereas petitioner has secured 31 marks.
Patna High Court CWJC No.2882 of 2012(5) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 Writ petition is devoid of merit and the same is dismissed.
