2. With the consent of the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the relief as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation before the District Magistrate, Patna dated 02.04.2025 (Annexure-P/2) and the same is still pending. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction

Patna High Court CWJC No.7635 of 2025(2) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 could be issued to the District Magistrate, Patna to dispose of the representation of the petitioner on merit after hearing the petitioner within a fixed time frame.

4. To the aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for respondents-State has no objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Patna to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner dated 02.04.2025 (Annexure-P/2) on merit, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

6. The entire exercise must be completed within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.

8. All pending Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand disposed of.
