====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. It is alleged in the written report that 20 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from house of petitioner No. 1. Petitioner No. 4 is son of petitioner No. 1. It is further alleged that 10 litres each of country made liquor has been recovered from house of petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 respectively.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29103 of 2019(2 ) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 Petitioners are in custody since 4.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioners.
