The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Amarpur P.S. Case No.535 of 2018, registered under Sections 188, 147, 148, 149, 353 and 291 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32286 of 2019(2) dt.16-05-2019 2/2 The gist of the allegation is that the petitioners again made encroachment on the Gair Mazarua land of Khesra No.18, Khata No.109, Area 34 decimals from which the encroachment was earlier removed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are purcha holders.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No.535 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
