Petitioner is an accused in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 128 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 1578 of 2019for the offence registered under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. On perusal of the first information report, it is apparent that this is a case of suicide. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.05.2020.
