2. The present application has been filed for quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Daraunda P.S. Case No. 84/2022, registered for the offences under sections 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have been using electricity through P.V.C. wire without having any legal electric connection.

4. The petitioner can approach the North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. for compounding and if such an application is filed, the officer(s) of the Company will pass an order in accordance with law, in accordance with Electricity Act,

5. The petitioner will file a representation within two weeks. The authorities will dispose of the representation for compounding within another four weeks.

6. Till for the next six weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
