Although the matter is listed for consideration on the office note as to the service on the respondents 10 to 15 but considering
Patna High Court CWJC No.6970 of 2013 (3) dt.28-09-2016 2/2 that the respondents 10 to 15 have appeared through counsel Mr. Naresh Chandra Verma, the office note stands disposed of. Mr. Kumar Kamal Nayan learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the order under challenge dated 16.01.2013 passed by the District Teachers Selection Appellate Authority, Munger has since been set aside by the Division Bench vide judgment and order passed in L.P.A. No. 880 of 2012 arising from C.W.J.C.No.1456 of 2011. He thus submits that in the circumstances the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed rendering the issue infructuous.
