Heard the parties in virtual Court.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is father-in-law of the victim of dowry death.
Submission is that trial of the husband of the victim, who is co-accused in this case, has resulted in acquittal as no prosecution witness turned up to support the prosecution case. Investigation against the petitioner is already complete. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29563 of 2020(2) dt.23-11-2020 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nasriganj (Rajpur) Police Station Case No.28 of 2005 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
