The application seeks a direction upon the respondent nos. 8 and 9 to grant sanction of special cash credit loan to the petitioner-Society.

(2014 (1) PLJR 695), the counsel for the petitioners sought permission of the Court to withdraw this writ application enabling the petitioner-Society to invoke the jurisdiction of the authority under the Act for redressal of the grievances raised through this application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with the said liberty.
