Petitioner is an accused in connection with Spl. Case No. 27 of 2018 arising out of Vigilance Case No. 58 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 7(a) of the Prevention of Corruption Act 1988.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 08.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28048 of 2019 on merit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the fresh ground in the present case is that the petitioner has already been in custody for more than 1 year

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of Spl.
