The petitioner has prayed for grant of subsidy for growing the aromatic plaints under the scheme of the State Government issued in the year 2008 along with interest and costs. The scheme under which the petitioner is entitled to the subsidy has, however, not been enclosed.

This Court is, therefore, unable to appreciate the grievance of the petitioner.

Mr. Yadav, after making submissions at some length, states that the grievance shall be agitated before the appropriate
