JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2020 This application has been filed for seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's case for transfer to his home district of Saharsa in the light of Government circulars containing policy decision related to transfer and posting of the State Government employee. It is the petitioner's case that he is going to attain the age of superannuation on 28.02.2021 and, therefore, in terms of the said policy the petitioner should be transferred in his home district.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7769 of 2020(3) dt.21-09-2020 2/2 Mr. Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a representation before respondent no. 5 in this regard. Considering the relief, which the petitioner is seeking, this application is disposed of with a direction that let the petitioner's claim be looked into by the concerned authority (respondent no. 3) within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh representation along with a copy of the present order before competent authority.
