Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no need to issue notice to respondent no.10 as petitioner is only seeking relief for implementation of order passed in connection with Anganwari Appeal No.82 of 2012. He further submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.12676 of 2013 dt.28-09-2016 authority concerned should have called fresh Aam Sabha for the purposes of appointment of Anganwari Sevika but no such Aam Sabha has been called nor any selection has been made. Petitioner has claimed that she has obtained highest mark among the candidates who have already applied for Anganwari Sevika and there is likelihood that she should be appointed or accommodated on the said post.

This writ petition is disposed of on the statement of the petitioner that no Am Sabha has been called and no selection has been made. If Aam Sabha has been called and selection has already been made in pursuance of the order passed by the District Magistrate in Anganwari Appeal No.82 of 2012 there is no question and need of any further action for fresh selection of Anganwari Sevika of Bangalapar Anganwari Centre under Gram Panchayat Raj Ghoradehri in Block Madanpur, District Aurangabad.

With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
