2. Heard Mr. Pawan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Dashrath Mehta, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (APP) for the State.

3. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Madhepura PS Case No. 82 of 2020 dated 28.01.2020, instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application as the petitioner has been arrested.
