The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 143, 323, 324, 504, 506, 307, 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of injury caused by the petitioner as noticed on PVR region of the injured Harikant Bantar and a specific allegation of causing injury is upon the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
