The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No.98 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioner is of assault by spade causing injury on the head of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner and informant are brothers and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is also submitted that there is a case and counter case between the parties and the dispute is only with regard to construction of wall and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
