2. With the consent of both the parties, the writ application is being disposed of at the present stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to add the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Cooperative Federation Ltd., Lalit Bhawan, Nehru Marg, Patna, as party respondent in this case during the course of the day.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that for the relief as claimed in the present writ application, the learned counsel for the petitioner is prepared to file a detailed

He further prays prays that an appropriate direction be issued to Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Cooperative Federation Ltd. to decide the representation of the petitioner on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

5. To the above prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents do not have any objection.

6. Considering the limited nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Cooperative Federation Ltd. within one week from the date of this order and if such a representation is filed, the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Cooperative Federation Ltd. shall decide the same on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

7. The final order shall be passed by the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Cooperative Federation Ltd. within a period of two months from the date of filing of the

8. Till such time, the representation is disposed of, no coercive steps will be taken against the petitioner.

9. This writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
