The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 415 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is a case and counter case and the injuries caused by the petitioner to Alok Kumar were found simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42827 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 415 of 2016 to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
