Petitioners seek bail in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 107 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 451, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case on account of admitted land dispute between the parties. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. The allegation is that 12 accused persons were seen fleeing away, whereas the post mortem report reveals only 3 injures. During investigation it has

Petitioners are in custody since 21.01.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 107 of 2018.
