Representing the cause of the people, the petitioner has filed this writ petition for an order commanding the respondents to construct Mahadalit Community Hall-cum- Work Shed in village Rampur Gram Panchayat Kama Bhagwan Block Aurangabad, District- Aurangabad.

The Writ Court would not simply implement the order of the authority unless certain legal right is shown by the petitioner. The respondents have urged that the allotment of fund

Patna High Court CWJC No.6301 of 2013 (4) dt.21-01-2016 2/2 was for the year 2011-12.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall agitate the matter before the concerned respondents particularly before the District Magistrate of the district. Learned counsel for the State submits that the construction is to be made at a different place which has already been chosen and such construction has to be made from the fund allotted for the year 2011-12.

The writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to raise the grievance before the said respondent for consideration expeditiously.
