JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this petition is for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the concerned respondent to regularise the petitioner's service as a Nalkup Khalasi after reinstating back in the work charge establishment and to give him consequential benefits and for any other relief(s) petitioner may be found entitled to."

Patna High Court CWJC No.17779 of 2014(2) dt.27-07-2023 2/2 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, however, submits that the respondents be directed to consider the judgment dated 12.05.2023, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No.11533 of 2018 (Shyam Kishore Singh & Ors. Vs. State of Bihar & Ors.) and other analogous cases. Having regard to the limited prayer, made by the petitioner, in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances and in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, annexing the aforesaid Judgment rendered in the case of Shyam Kishore Singh & Ors. (Supra), the respondent-authorities shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, thereon, in accordance with law, forthwith.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
