2. Mr. Gopal Jha, learned counsel, submits that the client in this case took a 'No Objection' from him two years ago and, therefore, has expressed his inability to assist this Court in this matter. The record reveals that on 14.11.2024, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Similarly, on 07.02.2025, when no appearance had been entered on behalf of the petitioner, this Court, by way of last indulgence, adjourned the case.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has taken a 'No Objection' from the counsel on record and has not filed a

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
