The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 98 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is named in the FIR and he has also been named in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused and he used to sell the stolen motorcycle.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
