The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 03 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in a case instituted under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
