Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 548 of 2011 (G.R. No.1749 of 2010) for the offence punishable under Section 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Finding no evidence against the petitioners, the Police exonerated him and submitted final form but the Court below differing with the same, has taken cognizance against the petitioners.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40807 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within ten weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Complaint Case No.548 of 2011 (G.R. No. 1749 of 2010), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
