The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.1311 of 2025 registered for the offence under section 309(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is said to have tried to forcibly snatched the jwellery from the informant at gun point and when the informant raised alarm, the local people came and there and thereafter, he was apprehended, however, the petitioner managed to flee away from there.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2025. He is accused in three more criminal cases. 5.

Considering the nature of allegation and also

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29331 of 2026(2) dt.11-05-2026 2/2 the fact that he is accused in three more criminal case, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.

It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
