The writ petition involves factual enquiry and as such no specific direction can be given, however, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to file exhaustive representation before the Registrar of the University. The petitioners shall be at liberty to enclose relevant documents alongwith copy of the order dt.16.03.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.6132 of 2011. If such exhaustive representation is filed by the petitioners the University is directed to pass appropriate order in the light of the order passed

Patna High Court CWJC No.4477 of 2014 dt.13-09-2018 2/2 by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 6132 of 2011 and if it is found that the petitioners' case is covered by the aforesaid order, similar treatment may be extended to this petitioners. It is stated at Bar that the respondents have already complied the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.6132 of 2011, if that is so, the respondents have to extend similar benefit to the petitioners within a maximum period of four moths from the date of receipt of a production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
