The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing and commanding the respondents authority to publish the final merit list of the constable selection in terms of the Advertisement No.- 01/2014, published by the R.No.- 3 and select the petitioner as a constable.

(ii) For direction to the respondents authority to declare the cut off marks of each category, for the selection of constable, in terms of Advertisement no.- 1/2014, published by the respondent no.-3. "

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent- Central Selection Board Constable Recruitment, Patna submits by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case that the petitioner has secured only 90 marks, whereas the cut-off marks in the petitioner's category is 105, hence, the petitioner has not been selected in pursuance to the Advertisement no. 1 of 2014.

This aspect of the matter has not been disputed by the petitioner, hence I find that the present writ petition is devoid of any merit, thus the same stands dismissed. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) rinkee/- U
