JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 By order dated 06.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.28740 of 2017, the petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with C.A. Case No.1150 of 2015, pending in the Court of Mr. M.K. Jha, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar. However, the petitioners could not furnish bail bond within time. Prayer is for extension of time. Prayer is allowed.
Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioners to furnish bail bonds with condition that petitioners shall jointly deposit Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.
