JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-03-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.09.2016 passed in CWJC No.1640 of 2016. It appears that in the name of the petitioner, instead of Bijendra, it was wrongly typed as 'Birendra'. Similarly, father's name of the petitioner has been typed as 'Daljit Biswas' in place of 'Daljit Bishwas'. Police Station has wrongly been typed as 'Dagura' in place of 'Dagarua'.

Considering the aforesaid, the present modification petition shall stand allowed and disposed of. Accordingly, office

Patna High Court MJC No.1069 of 2020(2) dt.18-03-2021 2/2 is directed to carry corrections in the name of the petitioner as 'Bijendra', father's name of the petitioner as 'Daljit Bishwas' and the name of Police Station as 'Dagarua'. In the circumstances, the order dated 16.09.2016 passed in CWJC No. 1640 of 2016 mentioning the cause title of petitioner no. 2 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
