The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nabinagar P.S.Case no.102 of 2011 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has submitted A/C D/C bills in time.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has stated on oath in para no.7 that he has submitted all the A/C D/C bills.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42684 of 2018 (2) dt.24-07-2018 2/2 receipt of the order and on surrender he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Nabinagar P.S.Case nO.102 of 2011 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that he has to appear before the Investigation Officer and produce all the receipts before him, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
